3 Cubic Yard Dumpster
Our most compact dumpster features wheels and lids, with the option to securely lock it when needed.
Fits easily in most driveways and is ideal for smaller clean outs light remodeling projects and everyday household or business debris, giving you the space you need without paying for a larger container

10 Cubic Yard Dumpster
Our low-boy bin stands approximately 2 feet tall, making it easier to load heavy materials over the side by hand or with a wheelbarrow, without having to lift them too high.
Our 10-yard dumpster is suitable for general waste and can also be used for heavy inert debris such as dirt, rock, brick, concrete, and asphalt. Inert debris is charged at one flat rate, while general mixed waste includes a specific tonnage allowance, with additional weight charge separately when applicable.

20 Cubic Yard Dumpster
Our 20-yard dumpster is one of our most popular sizes and features a walk-in door, making it easy to roll in bulky items without lifting them over the side.
Designed for volume rather than heavy weights, it’s a great choice for larger home cleanouts, garage or estate cleanouts, and medium sized remodeling projects. Pricing includes a specified tonnage allowance, with additional weight charged separately when applicable.”

Straight answers on weight limits, rental periods, delivery and pickup — no surprises.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Each dumpster includes a specified weight allowance. If the weight exceeds the included allowance, additional charges will apply based on the excess weight. If the dumpster is excessively overweight and cannot be safely picked up, the customer must remove enough material to bring it within a safe limit, and a dry run fee may apply.
How long is the rental period — and can I keep it longer?
Your rental includes 2 weeks with a 3-yard dumpster and 1 week with the 10–40 yard sizes.
If I only need it for a day or two, is the price lower?
No — the price is set per delivery, not per day, so it's the same whether you keep the dumpster for one day or the full rental period. You're welcome to use all of your included time.
How will I know when you're coming?
You'll be assigned a time on your delivery day, and you'll always get a text about 30 minutes before the driver arrives — so you're not stuck waiting around all day. Want a closer estimate of your window? Give us a call after 8:00 AM.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
By default we schedule a 4-hour window. If you need an exact time, we offer a paid specific-time request and we'll lock in your slot.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available as an exception, or through our paid specific-time request with an additional charge — just ask and we'll do our best to fit your timeline.
What's a dry run fee — and how do I avoid one?
We do everything we can to complete every delivery and pickup on the first trip. You'll know your delivery day in advance, get a text about 30 minutes before arrival, and the driver will call on the way. If something is blocking access — a closed gate, parked cars, or a locked area — the driver can wait up to 10 minutes while you clear it. If we still can't complete the drop-off or removal, a dry run fee applies: $75 for a 3-yard dumpster and $150 for the larger sizes. A little prep — clear, level access with room for the truck — keeps every trip fee-free.
How does pickup work after my rental?
Pickup is on your schedule — it's not automatic. When you're done, within your 1 or 2-week rental period, just call to confirm you're ready for pickup, or to order a fresh dumpster with removal. If we don't hear from you, we assume you still need it and daily rates apply — so a quick call keeps your costs down.
If I need another dumpster during my rental period, do I pay again?
Yes. Each price includes one delivery and one removal. If you fill up and need a fresh dumpster, that's a new order at the regular price — just call and we'll get the next one out to you, often the same day.
